Our TreatmentsThe Right Treatment for Your Ingrown Toenail
Every ingrown toenail is different. We offer treatment options based on your symptoms, the severity of your condition, and whether you're looking for temporary relief or a more permanent solution.
Standard Ingrown Toenail Removal
Also known as: Partial Nail Avulsion
A targeted procedure designed to relieve pain and address the affected portion of the nail without removing the nail root.
Ideal for: First-time ingrown toenails, infected ingrown toenails, or patients who prefer to preserve the nail.
Note: The nail will grow back, and there is a possibility of recurrence.
Permanent Ingrown Toenail Removal
A procedure designed to prevent the affected edge of the toenail from growing back, helping reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
Precise, Pain-Relieving Treatments
-
also known as: partial nail avulsion
Pain relief without removing the nail root
perfect for first-time ingrown toenails, infected ingrown toenails, patients who are unsure about permanent treatment, or situations where preserving the nail is preferred. The nail will grow back and there is a risk that the ingrown can recur
-
also known as: partial nail avulsion with chemical matrixectomy
Our most effective long-term solution
A small portion of the nail root is treated to prevent the ingrown edge from returning. This procedure has a high success rate of preventing recurrences and is recommended for recurrent, non-infected, and/or chronic ingrown ingrown toenails.

Traditional insurance-based care often involves administrative steps that can create delays and uncertainty. By choosing a self-pay model, we are able to focus on what matters most: providing prompt, specialized care with clear, upfront pricing.
-
Many patients are able to use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for medically necessary podiatric care, including evaluation and treatment of ingrown toenails.
Because eligibility varies by plan, we recommend confirming coverage details with your HSA or FSA administrator before your visit -
Because we do not participate with insurance plans, we do not submit insurance claims on behalf of our patients. Payment is due at the time of your visit.
Our self-pay approach allows us to provide a more streamlined experience with transparent pricing, timely appointments, and personalized care-without the administrative delays often associated with insurance billing.
